2. Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, phone, company, and billing details when you sign up.
• Content you provide — webinars, videos, messages, templates, knowledge-base documents, and campaign data.
• End-user & attendee data — registration details, watch activity, chat and voice messages, and lead information that you or your audience submit.
• WhatsApp / Meta data — where you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, we process message content, phone numbers, and delivery status via the WhatsApp Business Platform on your behalf.
• Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser/device information, and cookies used to operate and secure the Services.

3. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Services.
• To send and receive messages you configure (including WhatsApp messages and AI-assisted replies).
• To generate analytics, lead scoring, and reporting for you.
• To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To provide support and communicate service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. WhatsApp Business Platform & Meta

When you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, WebinarRun acts as a technology provider that sends and receives messages on your behalf through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Our use and transfer of information received from Meta APIs adhere to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including limitations on how such data may be used. We do not sell this data and use it only to provide the messaging features you have enabled.

5. How we share information

We share information with: (a) sub-processors and infrastructure providers (for example, cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment processors, and Meta) strictly to deliver the Services; (b) your own organization's authorized users; and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law. You control most content and can delete it at any time.

7. Your rights & how to request data deletion

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@webinarrun.com, or by following the steps on our Data Deletion page. We will verify and action verified requests within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege permissions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

We operate on cloud infrastructure and may process data in regions outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
