Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WebinarRun platform and services (the "Services") provided by Psitron Technologies Pvt Ltd ("WebinarRun", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the organization you register.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services to send spam, unsolicited, or unlawful messages.
• Only message people who have opted in, and honor opt-out requests promptly.
• Comply with all applicable laws and the WhatsApp and Meta policies below.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

3. WhatsApp & Meta compliance

When you use WhatsApp features, you agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Business Terms, and applicable Meta Platform Terms. You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in from your recipients. Meta bills your messaging usage; certain fees are set by Meta.

4. AI features

WebinarRun offers AI-assisted chat, voice, follow-up, and analytics. AI output may be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing and for the content you send. AI usage is billed in credits as described in your plan.

5. Payments

Paid plans and credits are billed as described at sign-up or in your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the content and audience data you upload.

7. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable policies. On termination, you may request export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebinarRun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
