AI agents & AI Brain

Build your AI Brain

WebinarRun AI Brain is one shared knowledge base used by your webinars, AI Sessions, WhatsApp agent and AI calls. Add content once and every channel can use it.

Updated

Before you start

  • Permission to edit the AI Brain
  • Permission to manage connectors, if you want live API lookups
  1. Upload documents

Open AI Brain from the top menu, click Add content and choose Upload document. Pick a file such as a brochure, price list or FAQ. Its status shows in the Knowledge list while it is processed.

  2. Add Q&A and text snippets

Click Add content, then Snippet. Use the Question & Answer tab for a single question and answer, or Text snippet for a free-form note. Add Tags and click Upload.

  3. Crawl your website

Click Add content, then Website, enter the URL and click Add. The site is crawled in the background and respects robots.txt. It is only read again when you press Re-crawl.

  4. Connect a live API

Choose Add content, then Connector (live API). Give it a Name and a Description that tells the AI when to use it, set the Method and URL, and click Test before saving. The AI can then check things like order or booking status mid-conversation.

  5. Tag content for different uses

Tags let an event or channel use only part of your Brain, for example only pricing. Create tags here, then pick them in an event’s AI Brain tags field.

  6. Fill the gaps

Open the Gaps tab to see questions the AI could not answer. Click Add answer to write the answer into your Brain, or mark a gap Resolved or Dismiss it.

Good to know

  • Connector URLs, headers and body can use the phone_number and user_message variables in double curly braces.
  • Large websites can take a few minutes to crawl; the status updates on its own.
