Share your landing page or embed the registration form

WebinarRun gives every event a hosted registration page plus two embed options for your own site: a popup button and an inline iframe form.

Updated

Before you start

  • An event created in My Events
  • Access to edit your website, if you plan to embed
  1. Copy the landing page link

In My Events, use the Copy Landing Page URL button on the event row, or Open Landing Page to view it. You can also find it in Edit Event, Web experience tab, under Landing page URL with Copy URL and Open page.

  2. Style the page

In the Registration page section of Web experience, upload a Landing page image and edit the Landing page content so the page matches your brand.

  3. Add registration questions

Under Questions on the registration form, click Add question. Attendees are already asked for name, email and phone. Link each new question to a contact field so the answer is saved on the contact.

  4. Embed a popup button

Open the Embed section. Under Embedded button, set the button text, labels and colours, then use Copy (or Download) under Code to paste and add the snippet to your site.

  5. Or embed an inline form

Under Iframe embed, set the form labels, Iframe height (px) and colours. Click Load live preview to check it, then Copy the code. Click Save changes when you are done.

Good to know

  • Times on the registration page are shown in each visitor’s own timezone.
  • After registering, attendees see a thank-you page with add-to-calendar links for Google, Outlook, Yahoo and Apple.
