Upgrade, change or cancel your plan
WebinarRun plans are managed from My Subscription. The account owner can upgrade from the trial, change plan or billing interval, pause, resume or cancel.
Before you start
- You must be the account owner
Open My Subscription
Click the user icon at the top right and choose My Subscription. During the trial you can also click View Plans in the trial banner.
Choose a plan
On the trial, click View Plans, pick Monthly or Annual, and click Select Plan on Starter, Growth or Scale. Complete the payment.
Change an existing plan
On a paid plan, open the actions menu on your plan card and choose Update Subscription. Pick the new plan and interval, check the preview, and confirm.
Pause or cancel
From the same menu choose Pause Subscription, Resume Subscription or Cancel Subscription. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Fix a payment that did not finish
If a banner says a payment is pending, click Complete Payment, or Refresh Status if you have already paid.
Good to know
- Monthly prices: Starter ₹1,499 ($49), Growth ₹3,499 ($99), Scale ₹7,999 ($199).
- Annual billing saves 17%, which is two months free.
- A scheduled plan change shows in a banner with Cancel Update if you change your mind.
