Top up your AI credits

WebinarRun credits pay for AI replies, voice AI minutes, calls and WhatsApp messaging. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up the wallet at any time.

Before you start

  • You must be the account owner to buy credits; other users can see the balance only

  1. Open your subscription

    Click the user icon at the top right and choose My Subscription. Scroll to Add-ons.

  2. Check your balance

    The Credits card shows your current balance and Recent Activity, so you can see what used credits.

  3. Pick an amount

    Under Quick Recharge, click one of the preset amounts, or tick Custom Amount and enter your own within the minimum and maximum shown.

  4. Pay

    Click Add Credits and complete the payment. The new balance shows once the payment is confirmed.

Good to know

  • Monthly AI credits included: ₹100 on Starter, ₹350 on Growth and ₹1,200 on Scale. The trial has a one-time grant.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR or USD.
  • Meta charges WhatsApp message fees separately.
